Here’s how you can fast-track your admission into ASU degree programs:
Enroll
Start by creating your account and enrolling in a Universal Learner Course. Submit your ASU application early so we can evaluate any transfer credits and provide personalized guidance for your degree pathway.
Earn
Get the grades you’re proud of, and only pay to add credits if you want them on your transcript.
Qualify
Complete the required courses (4 courses for those 22 years old and over, and 8 courses for learners under 22) with a GPA of 2.75 or higher, and earn admission to ASU!

For learners under 22 with a highschool diploma or GED
Complete 24 credits through ASU Universal Learner Courses.
For learners 22 and older with a high school diploma or GED

After completing the required courses with a GPA of 2.75 or higher, you’ll meet ASU’s general admission requirements.

Yes, learners from most countries can enroll. However, students located in countries with U.S. government embargoes or sanctions may not be eligible.
If you’re interested in applying for a degree and English is not your first language, ASU requires proof of English language proficiency. Check accepted English language tests here. Universal Learner Courses can be taken without proof of English proficiency.
