Using the proven OpenCitizen process—goal setting, research, planning, action, and reflection—you’ll be guided step by step to design and lead your own community impact project. Along the way, you'll develop essential skills like asking productive questions, gathering information, project planning, problem solving, documentation, and reflection.

Course prerequisites and requirements

To be successful in this course, we recommend English language fluency and computer literacy. We also encourage you to make sure your laptop or desktop computer meets the technical requirements.
